Viewing Rewards

• Why doesn't my card appear in the Rewards Center?

  If you have a card with rewards, but it does not appear on the Rewards Center, then online reward redemption is not available for that particular card.

• Why is my current reward balance different than my rewards available for redemption?

  Your rewards available for redemption are determined by the minimum redemption amount your program allows. For example: If the minimum redemption amount needed to redeem is $5, you are able to redeem each time your account reaches increments of $5. The level and specific dollar increments that your card program requires may be different than your current reward balance.

• What is the difference between rewards that are pending and rewards that are earned?

  For credit cards, pending rewards have been accumulated since your last statement date, but cannot be used until your next statement generates. Once you receive your next statement, pending rewards become earned rewards.

  
  

  For FlexPerks Cash Bonus check cards, pending rewards have been accumulated but have not yet been credited to your cash reward account. Rewards are credited on a weekly basis. Select the "View Pending Rewards" button on the Rewards Details page to view your pending rewards balance.

Redeeming Rewards

• How do I redeem rewards in the Rewards Center?

  If online rewards redemption is available for your card, to redeem rewards, visit the Rewards Center home page, and:

  
  

  For FlexPerks Cash Bonus check cards and FlexPerks Cash Rewards credit cards

  
  

  Select the card name within the Rewards Summary.
  Select the ‘Redeem Rewards’ button on the Rewards Details page.

  
  

  For FlexPerks Travel Rewards and FlexPerks Select Rewards check cards and all other rewards credit cards (where online redemption is available)

  
  

  Select the ‘View’ link within the Credit Card Rewards Summary.

• How quickly are my rewards totals updated online after I redeem?
  Your redeemed rewards will be subtracted from your rewards totals immediately.
• Can my rewards expire?

  FlexPerks Cash Bonus check cards-  rewards expire after 36 months. 

  
  

  For credit cards - some rewards can expire if they are not redeemed within the allotted timeframe. Please refer to your Cardmember Agreement for details, or contact us.

• Can I redeem rewards within the Rewards Center if I close my check card or credit card?
  No.  To redeem rewards an account must be open and in good standing.
• Will my earned rewards be reversed if I make purchase returns or exchanges?
  Yes. Once the transaction information is received your rewards total will be updated.
• Does redeeming rewards for a statement credit count towards my minimum payment due?
  No.  You will still be responsible for paying your full minimum payment due.
